I purchased the single bottle here and am almost through with it. I didnt realize that I could have bought 3 bottles at once and gotten a better deal. I found that this hoodia works better than other hoodia I have tried from gnc. I like how it helps stop my hunger sensations. I think that people may sometimes expect too much from hoodia. I really like this product! I take one tab first thing in the morning & another in the afternoon. I don’t notice any side effects except a decreased appetite. I don’t go hungry! I lost 20 lbs over the summer & I am ordering another three months supply. Just remember to take this BEFORE you get hungry to have maximum results- would order the acai pills too except the two are a bit too pricey for me right now- wish the company would combine the both into one pill! I have only been using it for a week but its definitely helping with my appetite. I am about 65 pounds overweight but I want to lose maybe 45 pounds over the next year so I can do it safely and gradually. It seems to work most of the time but not all the time.
