I started using this product right after I received it. I haven’t experienced any type of adverse reactions like, heart racing, sleepiness, can’t sleep or bad aftertaste like I did with other products I’ve tried. What I have noticed is that I’m just not hungry and can easily eat smaller meals without feeling like I’m starving. I started using this on Jan 25th and one month later I have lost a total of 10 lbs.

I take 2 capsuls at about 6 am (on my way to work), 2 at around 11 am, and 2 more at around 3 pm. I’m never “hungry” eventhough I eat way less than I did before. I have been taking Curvelle since December. I have also been exercising every day and have lost 35 pounds since I started exercising in November.
