This definitely helps make my appetite smaller. My girlfriend and I both use it. The time release feature is really nice and the price isnt bad. This product is advertised as hoodia gordonii on here. When you get the bottle it says nowhere on it that it contains hoodia gordonii. The bottle just says “hoodia cactus”. There are 13 species of hoodia cactus so you really don’t know what your getting. Very shady advertising. People hear “hoodia” and there mind goes right to “weight loss” or “appetite suppressant”. After a week of use, this product yielded neither effects for myself, or a few friends that tried it. Find a better product that says the specific species of cacti your getting. — False advertising and useless product.

I have only been taking this product for two days, but so far it has been working great!!! The bottle states that you should take two pills a day, but for me, I only need to take one to feel satisfied. As far as weight loss, it is too soon to tell, but if you are looking for an all natural product to curb your appetite, this might just be for you!! 🙂 — So far so good…..

This is the first Hoodia product I have ever bought, and I was skeptical to try it, but it has been working GREAT! I have been taking it for about two weeks, and in the last week I have lost about a pound a day! I have just been trying to lose like 12 pounds for the last year, but I have not been able to do it. I eat healthily and exercise, but I just never feel full, so I guess I eat too much in one sitting. The Hoodia helped me eat less and then not feel like I’m starving. I count my calories too, and one day I ate less than 1000 calories and felt fine. It’s good stuff, and I am so glad that I found it. If you have will power, (because you can still eat if you want to) this product is awesome:-) — This stuff has been amazing!
