Plain and simple review…just for reference, I work out for 90 minutes per day, and run 3 miles per day after my workout. When I don’t take Hydroxycut, I can tell a huge difference in my endurance and stamina. I dont get much from it as far as weight loss from just taking the product alone, but since it does help me get a few extra reps, lift a little more weight, and run a faster pace, in the end, it DOES help. Especially on those days when I am beat from my job…I take the hydroxycut, wait a bit before I start my workout, and then I am back to being focused and always have a good workout/run once it kicks in. — helps with stamina and endurance

For people thinking this item makes you lose weight are wrong. What this does do is help and make you lose even more weight than you normally would. Let’s face it, this is a diet supplement. It’s used by tons of pro bodybuilders, so you know it works. Do 30 minutes of cardio atleast 3 times a week and watch what you eat and be like me. Losing 6 pounds a week which is really good. This is among the best weight loss supplements i’ve seen. — Really works.

I started taking this product in hopes that I would have more energy to get me throughout the day and especially through my daily workouts. Instead, I am actually more tired on days when I take this than I am on days when I forget. I thought at first that this was a coincidence, that on a day when I grabbed breakfast but forgot to take the pills, I only felt better energy-wise for any other various reasons I could think of. However, my food and exercise journal confirm that on days when I forget to take these in the morning, I do not collapse with exhaustion.

Frankly, naps are nice but they aren’t helping me hit the gym running and I think that my exercising is going to help me do what these pills promise to do a lot better than falling asleep does.

So why am I even giving this 3 stars? Because I realize that my body is responding to them in an atypical manner and that others get more energy by using them. I will say that they helped me have less of an appetite but I don’t have much of one to begin with so that was actually a problem for me because I have a hard time eating enough calories every day. I’m one of those people who are really skeptical and suspicious of claims of weight loss, money back guarantees, etc. and I will say that Hydroxycut Hardcore was one of those products that I was really skeptical on. I’m a believer now and I know that it works. I’ve done two cycles of Hydroxycut and I have been able to see results and so have the people around me. I do want to caution everyone out there though that this is not a pill that you just take and you shred the fat just sitting around. You really had to do your part to help it speed up your metabolism by exercising and following some sort of diet. I will say that after a few weeks I could notice myself shrinking and losing body fat. I went from 191 lbs. to 163 in a matter of six months. That’s another thing to keep in mind, the change is not overnight. You really have to be patient, consistent, and persistent to reach your goals. I will say that the active ingredients do make you a bit jittery at first and you will notice your body temperature fluctuate at times, that is what the pill is meant to do.
