I have been taking this product for almost 2 months now. I wanted to wait to write a review until I was sure I knew how I felt about this product. First of all, I love the energy it gives me. It’s just natural, feel good energy. No jitters or anything like that, just a little pick me up. As long as I take a pill with my lunch I don’t get that groggy 2:30pm crash or sudden urge to snack. It really does help with appetite control and cravings. I can’t say anything for weight loss though. No additional weight loss while taking this but I do like the boost it gives me. I can definitely tell the difference in the way I feel on the days that I do not take this product. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants a natural boost in general mood and energy and also needs something for appetite control. — Great product

It takes’ so much of me to actually get out of bed and hit the gym. Between being a full time mom, worker and student the only eneregy I have left is the one required to lift my butt onmy mattress to go to bed.
