Choose one and follow thru and you will see the results quicker than you can imagine. You will benefit by losing the weight in many ways.

Confidence – yes, you will gain the confidence in yourself again, when you look in the mirror and you see what you have accomplish it will give you a satisfaction that nothing else will be able to give you in your lifetime (other than seeing your children born, grow and make something of themselves, but this is not about them )

Hope – hope that you can do anything and anything is achievable. If you have spent many years trying to lose weight and when you finally achieve your weight loss it gives you hope that your life will be different from now on.

Satisfaction – when so many people come over to you and tell you how great you look – that will give you a satisfaction on how you look. The satisfaction of knowing that what other people see satisfies them but more important it satisfies you.

Healthy – Feeling healthy, energetic, vibrant, and finally alive; these feelings can not replace anything in the world. The feeling of looking good and feeling healthy is something that once you lose the weight is there with you forever.

Youngness – getting that feeling of being young again is great. Even if you are in middle years and over that it still feels like you have become young again.

TIPS ON HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT:

*Choose a diet that meets your needs and stick to it. There is a right diet plan for everyone and you just need to figure out what type of diet plan is right for you.

*Once you start your diet you might go off one day but do not quit because that is only human. To go off a diet one day will not ruin your other good days. If out of 365 days in a year you stick to your diet 90% of the time than it means that you have about 2-3 bad days every month and the 28-29 other days you are still going to lose weight.

*There will some people that will try to sabotage your diet plan because they are not focus like you. Some people can not handle the succes of others and they will come up to you to tell you that the diet your are on does not work because they either tried it themselves or they know someone that did.

*Keep a journal and write down everything that you are feeling. Plan out how you are going to succeed on your diet.

*Paste pictures on your journal of you or someone that is thin and look at it every day.

*You will win the weight loss war if you do not quit. Think about it if you stick to it even if you have bad days then you will eventually win the battle of losing your weight.
